- Company name
- Contact person and their information
- Company website & social accounts
2. Trade Show Information:
- Name of trade show
- Date and location of trade show
- Size of stand space allocated, Type of Stand, Location map
- Any specific requirements or regulations from the trade show organizers
3. Objectives:
- Overall goals for the trade show (generate leads, increase brand awareness, launch new products, etc.)
- Specific objectives for the stand (number of leads to generate, specific products to promote, etc.)
4. Target Audience:
- Description of the target audience (industry, job titles, demographics, etc.)
- How the stand will appeal to the target audience
5. Branding and Messaging:
- Description of the company's overall branding and messaging
- Specific for the product(s) / service(s) the stand should address
6. Design Concept:
- Description of the overall design concept for the stand
- Brand book highlights: Logos for various uses, Colours, Do's & Don'ts, Fonts...
7. Elements:
- List of elements to be included in the stand (display panels, product displays, brochure holders, seating areas, interactive elements, etc.)
- How each element will contribute to the overall objectives and design concept (if you wish a touch panel to illustrate a particular service, for example)
8. Budget and Timeline:
- Estimated budget for the stand (see notes for budget planning)
- Timeline for the stand design and construction (see notes for our recommended Gantt chart)
9. Additional Information:
- Any other information that would be helpful for the designer to know in order to create a stand that meets the company's objectives.
